How long will my order take?
- Standard apparel & engraving: 3–5 business days (not including shipping time)
- Print & press on-demand: 5–7 business days (not including shipping time)
- Custom Apparel: 10-14 business days
- Custom sneakers: 3–5 weeks
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer local pickup at our shop in Piper and a few other locations. You’ll receive pickup details once your order is ready.
Can I make changes after placing an order?
Because each item is made to order, changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After production begins, we can’t guarantee edits.
What’s your return policy?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there are any issues with missing items or quality and we will work out a solution. Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns/exchanges due to defect or error on our part. If packages are lost or damaged during shipping transit, file a claim with the carrier.
Custom and personalized items are final sale.
Do you do bulk or fundraiser orders?
Yes! We work with schools, teams, and organizations to create fundraisers and bulk orders. Contact us to set up your campaign.
